1 tsp (2g) for every 8 oz of liquid. For larger batches, use 3/4 cup for every 12 cups of liquid. Simmer for 2-8 hours for maximum potency. You can use a crock pot set to low and make a batch for the week. Strain mushrooms and store tea in a mason jar in the fridge. You may reuse the strained mushrooms and add it to your next tea batch (just store the strained mushrooms in fridge until then).
