Lion's Mane is a valuable medicinal mushroom and is currently being studied for its effects on cognitive health, Alzheimer's, and dementia. Lion's mane stimulates nerve growth factor, may help with nerve pain, may combat depression and anxiety (decreasing that 'brain fog' an increasing clarity), may increase bone density, and decrease inflammation.
Pure lion's mane fruiting bodies, dehydrated and powdered.

Serving size is 1-2 tsp in 8 oz of liquid
For steeping tea: Simmer for 2-8 hours for maximum potency. You can use a crock pot set to low and make a batch for the week. Strain mushrooms and store tea in a mason jar in the fridge. You may reuse the strained mushrooms and add it to your next tea batch (just store the strained mushrooms in fridge until then).
For cooking: Mix into foods while cooking. This may include broth, stir fry, gravy, sauce, and scrambles.
